Dave's ESL Cafe
An excellent comprehensive website for teachers with tons of ideas for classroom activities but also general teaching tips.

The Internet TESL Journal
This site has a rich collection of resources for classroom activities and games. It also has great conversation topics and questions.

About.com: ESL
There is a comprehensive explanation and exercises for most every grammar point on about.com.

Genki English
Using a very fun and funky teaching approach, Genki English is targetted towards younger learners- from 3 to 10 years. With some really excellent songs and lively games, the Genki approach will keep students engaged. Lots of good resources on the site to tease you- if you want more you have to pay.
Teaching English Games
This site is especially good for younger learners- really young (3-7 years). This teacher's programs incorporate songs, stories and games- and her approach to teaching young learners is excellent. There are a lot of good ideas and resources (some you have to pay for).
ESL Galaxy
ESL Galaxy joins with numerous other ESL websites with TONS of worksheets, lots of video presentations, and years full of expertise of classroom activities for all levels of ESL students.
Barry Fun English
With great computer games you can play in class, and cool presentations and worksheets- I think an investment in Barry Fun English is worth the subscription fee ($15 US per year)
Boggles World - Lanternfish
I know that a lot of teachers where I work use this site. It has a broad range of materials and ideas for class.

ESL-Kids
ESL-Kids.com has a worksheet generator, some great teaching insights, as well as the lyrics for many kids songs- and 8 pages of games! A good reference site!
ESL Printables
There are LOTS of worksheets on this site, but in order to obtain a worksheet you have to provide a worksheet.
Three Wise Monkeys
With an excellent set of games, this hidden website has over 100 classroom activity ideas.
ESL Base
There isn’t a lot on this site- but there are some good exercises for different grammar- with comprehensive explanations.
